In order to continuously improve the request for proposal (RFP) process, to automate it to a certain extent and to add another possibility to get in touch with us, a new tool called “Get ZEA Quote” is available on our website since the end of last week.
By using the forms, basic information such as management scope, ship details, desired crew compliment, etc. can be entered and afterwards transferred. With the help of the data input, a new opportunity with the corresponding data set is created within our CRM system and the initial contact with the client will be initiated on our behalf.
At the same time the data required for the budget compilation is entered by the departments within the new proposal budget report in our controlling software and later compiled into the final file.
