Investing in the growth of our staff means providing our employees and executives with individual development opportunities based on their needs, which is fixed in annual appraisals of employees and executives. Thus, appropriate training programmes are arranged jointly with Human Resources. In addition, we organise training courses as required in response to short-notice changes of responsibilities, legal requirements or other conditions to make sure skill sets remain current.
To encourage interaction between ship and shore-based staff, we hold joint workshops regularly.
