Our technical fleet management team operates a fleet of dry and wet cargo vessels including maintenance and repairs, budgeting, inspection, compliance, dry docking and smooth operations. To facilitate the work on a high standard, a fleet management software (FMS) is utilized to support the many operational processes.
In order to further expand our Fleet Management Software team, we are looking in Hamburg for a
TEAMLEADER FLEET MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Professional and disciplinary management of up to 3 employees, including personal development
- Main responsibility for the smooth functioning of the FMS
- Integration of different maintenance systems and harmonize to the existing standard system
- Evaluate existing maintenance concept & propose revised maintenance concepts
- Take the lead in user, test and release management for new functionalities within the software
- Integration of new modules into the existing software
- Liaise with our vessel crews and fleet management in the definition of the requirements of the business
YOUR PROFILE
- Experience in design, implementation and management of IT software
- Self-confident and comfortable interacting with senior leaders and vessel crews
- Target-oriented approach
- Flexible and adaptable while maintaining a high degree of execution excellence
- Personal resilience and ability to work under pressure
- Project management skills
- Sea experience
- Fluent in English and at least intermediate in German
